When I’m traveling and need a quick plan, I dont have access to my big A1 printer, I’d love to be able to print the next 3 months on A4 in portrait so I can quickly get my bearings and share with the team. Would like to be able to print 3 months vs a full year to make it readable on a single sheet of A4/Letter paper

Hi, this is great, my use case is to track when trips are, ie overview. I like to keep a record of this year-to-year. I would like to be able to export this in the same format Excel. Prior to using this I tracked things in Excel this way.

Small one - when printing in align mode, the bottom of the calendar correctly removes all the empty days, but at the top it doesnt. I hope my image shows this. In the print out, the cells for days that dont exist still show. low priority, just cleanliness.

Hi, I’m not sure if I’m writing in the right place but I have a technical problem: I have deleted the future event of a weekly recurrent one and nothing has changed in the year view. I have also tried to delete entirely the event. The past are gone but the future one still appear on the year view but not on the app.

Kalnext is now working perfectly and is fantastically helpful. Would be great to be able to have Kalnext display only events marked in a certain colour or colours in GCal. That way the user has control at a finer level of granularity than selecting either “All events” or “All full day and multi day events.” Would be great to select, when I add calendar items to GCal, which ones would show up in Kalnext, i.e. everything marked red, for example, whether all-day, recurring, single entry, etc. Thanks!!!

I am importing a calendar for US National Holidays. The dates are correctly displayed in my Google Calendar but are off by 1 day in Kalnext. Also, this would be a nice option for Kalnext to provide (for example toggle on or off) rather than me “using up” one of my calendars for this purpose. Thanks.

Hello, I’m not sure this is where to ask, but I need tech support. I purchased a subscription on 22 December and have not been able to get my Google calendar to sync, which should be easy, but I emailed support@kalnext.com that day and still have not heard back (I gave it some time due to the holidays.) Would really love this tool; if anyone can tell me how to get support would be greatly appreciated. Sorry to disturb, and thanks in advance.

Low priority but I am looking at migrating off one of my task apps and thinking about getting Tasks from a particular list to show in the planner. Just ideating, unsure if the API’s for calendar support this at this stage.

Hey mate, everything looks great and we’ve just planned our year using your app, it’s really useful so thanks. Just one suggestion, on my screen with default settings the last couple of days of the month get cut off requiring a bit of scrolling. To keep everything on one page you could reduce the padding around the month headers and menu bar like this: But 🤷 it could just be me and my setup. Thanks again Greg

Hi, i don’t use align-weekends but would still like to see when they are even when they’re not free (otherwise highlight weekends does the trick) I would appreciate an option to add some (customizable) color to them to be able to grasp them easier Thanks!

Would be great to filter in/out GCal events with certain words. IF event name CONTAINS X, then include/exclude. For example, I put my friends birthdays in my calendar as all day events, I don’t want them to show in kalnext, but I can only filter for all day vs. not all day events, so I can’t do this. Thanks!

In GCal I have a few set of my own calendars that aren’t displaying in Kalnext. Additionally I’d like the ability to toggle on/off other calendars that are shared with me.

Confirming that the print layout works great in A1 and prints well on the plotter. Because the size of the page is very wide, it only uses < 50% of the height of the page. To make best of of this space, and to also make it easier to write on in pencil/pen once printed on the wall, making the height of the cells for each day in the month adjustable (1x (default), 1.5x, 2.x) will make the printed version even nicer.
