Whitespace on top of printed calendar has lines

Small one - when printing in align mode, the bottom of the calendar correctly removes all the empty days, but at the top it doesnt. I hope my image shows this.

In the print out, the cells for days that dont exist still show.

low priority, just cleanliness.
