[print] Adjustable Cell Height

Confirming that the print layout works great in A1 and prints well on the plotter.

Because the size of the page is very wide, it only uses < 50% of the height of the page.

To make best of of this space, and to also make it easier to write on in pencil/pen once printed on the wall, making the height of the cells for each day in the month adjustable (1x (default), 1.5x, 2.x) will make the printed version even nicer.
