[print] Adjustable Cell Height

Feature Request

Confirming that the print layout works great in A1 and prints well on the plotter.

Because the size of the page is very wide, it only uses < 50% of the height of the page.

To make best of of this space, and to also make it easier to write on in pencil/pen once printed on the wall, making the height of the cells for each day in the month adjustable (1x (default), 1.5x, 2.x) will make the printed version even nicer.

    Hi Robert, I just added an option to scale up the day height to take advantage of the available space on A2 or A1. Could you try it on your side?

      I just printed this on A1 and it worked PERFECTLY.
