Question About Sharing My Calendar With Non-Subscribers

Hello,

I recently purchased a Pro subscription to use Kalnext for annual planning at my church. I have my Pro account set up and my calendar is created and synced.

Can I invite three other individuals to view or collaborate on my calendar without each of them creating their own Kalnext account?

If they do need accounts, do they each need to have their own paid subscription, or can they participate under my Pro plan?

    Hello Joel,

    Thank you for your message and for using Kalnext for your church’s annual planning. I’m really glad to have you on board!

    Each person will need to create their own Kalnext account to view your calendars. Just like with Google Calendar, you’ll first need to share your calendars with them directly in Google Calendar. Once that’s done, they’ll automatically see the shared calendars inside their Kalnext account.

    If the people you invite only need to sync up to three Google calendars, the Individual plan may be sufficient for them they wouldn’t necessarily need a Pro subscription.
